Cherelle Jackson continues to serve marginalized, and underserved communities. This includes seniors, workers with disabilities, veterans, and individuals experiencing homelessness. Cherelle brings an ample amount of experience as a member of SEIU 1021 supporting workers. She served as the Second Secretary of COPE, Chair of Workers With Disabilities, Member of Women's Committee, AFRAM Member of LGBTQ Lavender Committee. She breathes values into working alongside members of DSA for fighting against police brutality. She founded Black Voices & Allies Leadership Committee to amplify black voices, and allies on many social issues.
